Departures with real seats
Say which days a tour runs, the start times, how long it lasts and how many seats there are each time. Run it all year or for a season you choose. Sales open when you are ready, up to as far ahead as you decide.
Guests, ages and weights
Price each kind of guest as you like: adults, children, observers. Ask what you need to know, such as each person's weight, and set limits for the aircraft or the boat. Staff can be added by ratio, a guide for every so many guests.
For flights, say how many go up together, from single to triple, and the weights that keep a flight safe. Parasailing starts from its own card with line lengths, flyers, observers and the boat every trip keeps.
Private charters, approved first
A private charter is one boat booked whole. It can ask for your approval first and take half the price at booking. You approve or decline with a reason; an approved customer is e-mailed to pay, or you can approve and charge the card they saved with the request.
The manifest and the dock
The manifest lists each departure for the dock or for printing, with every guest, what they declared and any waiver still to sign. Guests show a QR code at check-in and you scan it with a phone or tablet.
When the weather turns
Close one departure straight from its guest list, or a whole day. See who is booked, cancel with a full refund or keep the booking and contact the customer yourself. Customers are e-mailed your words.
