A schedule that repeats itself
Choose the weekdays a class runs, the start times and how long it lasts, then set the seats for each class. Add a season, or another schedule for other days and times. Changes apply to the classes to come; classes already booked still run.
Seats that fill
Seats are counted on every booking, online or at the desk. Price adults and children differently, change the price per person as the group grows, or offer coupons with a limit on uses and an end date.
Know your students before they walk in
Ask the questions that matter: skill level, a dietary need, a note for the instructor. Answers appear on the manifest, one column per question.
Choose a waiver every student signs, with a parent or guardian signing for anyone under 18, and terms they agree to, such as arriving early.
Extras and deposits
Sell add-ons such as a take-home kit, priced per booking or per person, and take all of it at booking or just a deposit.
Students who come back
Every customer has a page with what they have booked and what they paid, and you can start a new booking with them already chosen. If a class has to be cancelled, close it from its guest list, refund and tell everyone at once.
