Booking software for parasailing operators

A parasail trip is a boat, a time and a handful of people who each need to be ready: signed waiver, the right weight on the form, a seat on the boat. Upwind Booking starts from a Parasailing card made for shops like yours, takes bookings from your website around the clock, and gives your crew a clear list at the dock.

01

Start from a parasailing card

Pick Parasailing when you add an offering and the basics arrive filled in: the days and times the boat goes out, how long a trip lasts, the seats on the boat and the boat itself. Change any of it, add your photos, and make it available when you are ready.

02

Line lengths and prices

Offer each line length as a choice, with your own words under it, such as "About 500 ft up · the classic", and a price for each. Observers ride along at one price whichever line is chosen.

03

Flyers, observers and what you need to know

Bookings list who is flying and who is riding along to watch. You can ask each flyer's age and weight before they arrive, and see the answers on your manifest, so nothing is a surprise at the dock.

04

Waivers signed before the boat leaves

Each guest signs a digital waiver on their own phone, or a whole group signs from one shared code. A parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18. The manifest shows who still has to sign.

05

The dock and the weather

Guests show a QR code at the dock and you scan it with a phone or tablet. When the wind is wrong, close one trip or a whole day, see who is booked, refund and e-mail every customer in a few clicks.

06

Paid by card, on your website

Customers pay by card on your booking page, through Stripe, into your own account. Share the page, or put booking on your own site as a button, in the page or as a link.
