Priced by the night
Set a nightly price, and a different one for Friday and Saturday if weekends cost more. Each night is priced on its own, so a Thursday to Sunday stay is one weeknight and two weekend nights.
Choose the check-in and check-out times and the fewest and most nights a stay may be. A room left in the morning can be booked from that afternoon.
Guests, cleaning and tax
Say how many guests a cabin takes, and charge extra for a guest over those included, every night. A cleaning fee can be per cabin or per booking, a lodging tax is set once in your settings, and a deposit is simply what is paid at booking.
Dates that are really free
Guests choose their rooms, then check-in and check-out on a calendar that offers only the days that are free for them. Several rooms alike, or each different, work the same way.
Arrivals and departures at a glance
Today lists who arrives, who leaves and who stays on, with the rooms free tonight. A stay says whether the guest has arrived, is due in, is due out, or is past the check-out time.
House rules, signed
Put an agreement to sign in a waiver, and your house rules, pets and quiet hours in terms guests must tick. Each booking keeps the words agreed, with the time. Add-ons such as a pet are priced per booking, person or unit.
