Know what is in the water
Add each ski, boat or pontoon as an item, say how many you own, and every booking takes from that count, whether it came from your website or the front desk. You choose how many can be booked online, so a few stay free for walk-ups and phone calls.
Set a gap between bookings so a ski is refuelled and wiped down before the next customer, and see the whole day at a glance: what is out now, what is due back, and what is late. Mark each one back as it docks.
Drivers, passengers and the rules you set
Start a new offering from the Jet ski rental or Boat rental card and it comes ready with what shops like yours usually need: drivers who are 21 or older with a valid licence, a limit on how many people share a ski or a boat, and fuel either included or charged for what is used. Every value can be changed.
Customers agree to your rules in one line when they book, and you check licences at check-in. A damage policy, a fuel rule or quiet hours become terms the customer must tick, and each booking keeps the exact words they agreed to, with the time.
Waivers signed before they reach the dock
Each rider signs on their own phone, or one code covers the whole group: everyone scans it, adds their name and signs. A parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18.
At the dock, the customer shows their QR code and you scan it. A waiver still to sign stops check-in unless you note why you let them through.
Prices that match how you rent
Price each rental length, or let customers choose any length in steps by the hour. Extend a booking from its page and decide whether the extra time is pro-rated or follows your price list. Add a deposit, add-ons such as a captain or photos, and group pricing for bigger parties.
When the weather says no
Close the whole day, certain hours, or just the ski that is in the shop. You see the bookings already made, choose which to cancel with a full refund, and each customer is e-mailed your words.
