Timed entry, no overlaps
Give each room its own days and start times, and say how long a game lasts. Limit each time by people or by bookings. Close a single time from its guest list when you need to.
Private or public
Offer a private game and a public game as options on the same room, each with its own price and the words players read. Start from the Escape room or private room card and the basics are filled in.
Group pricing that makes sense
Price per person and change it as the group grows, or charge a larger group more on top of what is included. Add a promotion with a code, a minimum spend and an end date.
Everyone signs before the door
Each player signs a waiver on their own phone. The group shares one code, and the screen counts who has signed as they do. Terms, such as arriving early, are ticked when booking.
A quick door
Players show a QR code, you scan it, and the booking opens. The manifest lists each time with its guests and any waivers still to sign, ready for a screen or a printout.
